Producer & Creative DirectorAs Napoleon Hill has said: “SOME PEOPLE DREAM OF SUCCESS WHILE OTHERS WAKE UP AND WORK HARD AT IT” Adam is an embodiment of this quote. He is the face of Dion and Randall, the epitome of art and creativity. His career began in television and movie production, and his portfolio includes both theatre and television. For 45 years, Adam has been working with some big names of the entertainment industry like Crawford Productions and ABC Television, along with that, he has produced countless shows, special events, and arena spectaculars all around Australia and globally.
Background:
Adam co-founded Casino Promotions Entertainment Consultants in 1981 with partner Nina Randall Bahoudian, a firm committed to the global delivery of the finest quality live entertainment. Adam established Dion and Randall International in the limelight in 1998 with a run of extremely successful productions, including the development of an 80-person dazzling stage spectacular for the grand opening of Melbourne’s Crown Casino. He has had a long-standing partnership with Conrad Jupiters Gold Coast Australia (now The Star Gold Coast) as well, since the 2000s, where he produced a commendable work of art for the Jupiter theatre. After several years from 2008 to 2009, Sheraton Grande Walkerhill South Korea commissioned Dion and Randall to create and produce Walkerhill’s Kayagum Theatre’s 47th stage play, ‘Gypsy Moon,’ and because it was a masterpiece it exceeded all expectations. To date, Dion and Randall have actively conceived, designed, and produced innumerable variety stage events in theatres around Australia and South East Asia, including some ongoing stage, plays in Her Majesty’s Theatre Melbourne, Sunway Amphitheatre Malaysia, plus they are affiliated with renowned producers at Theatre Tours International for the all-new international production of The Great Moscow Circus in South Africa, Singapore, and Sydney.

Co-founder/Executive ProducerNina Randall Bahoudian is an integral part of Dion and Randall. With 40 years of experience, Nina is immensely respected throughout Australia and internationally. Her inventive skills along with her expertise in costumes and styling are a big asset to Dion and Randall International.
Background:
In 2006, Nina was nominated for the coveted Helpmann Award for Best Costume Design – Tempo Rouge, a Dion and Randall stage spectacle. Along with this, The Sacred Order of Santa Maria di Betlemme, created in 1459 by Pope Pio, bestowed the honorific title of Dame on Nina in 1993 in appreciation of her philanthropic works and strong devotion to her Italian ancestry. Nina developed an early interest in fashion and costume design and graduated with a Diploma from the Melbourne College of Textiles before teaching speech and drama until 1980 when she co-founded Casino Promotions along with partner Adam Dion, a multi-award winning entertainment consultancy that provides live entertainment services for major events and corporate functions worldwide. She also found a casting agency named Casino Casting Agency, which has helped numerous Australians bag roles in the cinema and television as well. As the co-owner of Dion and Randall, Nina combines skill with the creation of shimmering and expensive costumes. Throughout the years, she has made several stunning costumes that have highlighted her incredible creativity and passion. Dion and Randall create spectacular shows that are broadcast all over the world. Their performances are genuine works of art that showcase originality, the brilliance of art, and stage design. They continue to dazzle and enchant audiences with their sparkling and spectacular concerts, which are always a joy to behold.

Marketing and Digital Content CreatorBorn into the world of entertainment, Daniel is a dynamic figure who has carved his own path in the industry. As the son of Adam and Nina, the
visionary producers behind many global stage spectacles, Daniel's life was steeped in a world of glitz and glamour from the very beginning.
Growing up surrounded by the captivating allure of showbiz, Daniel swiftly absorbed the intricacies of the
entertainment world. In his early twenties, he embarked on his own ventures, organising events and festivals, and consulting for industry giants like Future Entertainment. With a keen
understanding of promotions and marketing, he orchestrated some of Melbourne's most iconic party events.
Transitioning into the digital age, Daniel embraced content creation, amassing a dedicated following on platforms such as Twitch.TV and
YouTube. He emerged as a prominent internet personality and influencer, captivating audiences with his
charisma and creativity.
Returning to his roots, Daniel now lends his expertise to the visionary team of Dion & Randall. In his role, he masterfully oversees marketing, digital content creation and the design of digital sets for Dion & Randall, blending tradition with
innovation in the ever-evolving world of entertainment. Daniel Bahoudian is a testament to the enduring legacy of a family deeply committed to the magic of show business.

Lighting Designer / Production ManagerCraig Boyes has over 30 years of experience designing shows and working in and around the entertainment industry. Due to commence a masters degree in the creative industries he has worked extensively in theatre, with bands and designing events and exhibitions.
His work in theatre includes professional productions of Anything Goes, 42nd street, Me and My Girl, Crazy for you, Les Miserable’s, Cats and Sunset Boulevard.
Craig is comfortable across genre’s with extensive touring in Australia and NZ for various bands and festival’s including Supergroove, The Dead Flowers, Thorazine Shuffle, Leonardos Bride, The Badloves, Missy Higgins, Paul Mac and most recently Ziggy Alberts.
With his background in theatre and music this has led to an extensive number of projects designing many corporate events such as Red carpets for ‘Moulon Rouge’, ‘Thor’ and ‘Unbroken’. The launches of the PS2, Wynns Day wine release, Porsche Taycan and many others as well as Fashion events for Sportsgirl, Zambesi and Metalicus. Installations at the Australian Open, Melbourne Grand Prix and exhibitions such as The “Da Vinci Machines exhibit here in Melbourne, San Francisco and Macau. The Antarctic section on Melbourne aquarium and other temporary exhibits such as ‘creepy creatures’.
Craigs portfolio is varied and diverse with a continuing drive to integrate new technologies and push the boundaries of how we experience ‘live events’ no more so than during the COVID pandemic and the development of streaming entertainment and events during lockdowns.
As we emerge from this time we hope it will be a time of renaissance and resurgence for the entertainment sector.

Musical Director / Studio ProducerWith over 25 years experience in the music industry, Brendan Marolla has worked with hundreds of independent bands and solo artists as both a sound engineer and professional musician. To date he has produced over 50 albums, EP’s and singles for independent release in just about every musical genre, many of which have enjoyed radio-play in Australia and overseas.
On top of his production credits, Brendan has engineered countless recording projects in both his own studios and others in Queensland and Victoria. After residing in Melbourne between 2006 and 2021 and founding Bounce Recording Studios in Epping Victoria, Brendan is now based in Townsville North Queensland where he mostly conducts his services online and meets with clients from all over Australia remotely using the latest audio web tools and plug-ins allowing him to creatively collaborate with artists where they are.
Brendan has been involved in live audio production and live radio operations for many years. He has consulted numerous live performance venues and churches of various sizes in designing affordable and effective audio, lighting and visual systems as well as coordinating sales, installation, set-up and training facilitation. His live sound and audio operating experience ranges from pub gigs to outdoor festivals to stadiums with experience on Digico, Yamaha, Midas and Allen & Heath digital consoles. To top off his technical experience, Brendan works for a prominent national radio broadcaster where he facilitates live outdoor and national sport broadcasts.

ChoreographerAric Yegudkin is an Australian choreographer, professional dancer, instructor and adjudicator, whose list of accomplishments is second to none.
Aric may be best known to the public as a regular face on Australia’s most successful reality series ‘Dancing With The Stars’. Aric first joined the series at a tender age of 19, when the show was in it’s second year of running. He went on to win the series straight off the bat, with his partner Ada Nicodemou from Home and Away. Since then, Aric has been a regular finalist on the show and achieved the highest overall scores in DWTS Australia’s history. He finished his successful run with another win in 2015, partnering TV and Radio personality Emma Freedman, and making Aric the reigning champion.
Apart from DWTS, Aric has also been a resident choreographer on So You Think You Can Dance Australia, including being the chosen choreographer to represent ballroom and latin in the last 2 grand finals. He has been the choreographer of acclaimed stage productions such as Shake Rattle and Roll and Ultra Swing Lounge, selling out in theatres across Australia. He has also toured with the acclaimed stage production Burn The Floor, and was the lead dancer and supporting act for Human Nature’s National tours 2015-2017 along with his partner Masha Belash.
As well as touring with Human Nature, Aric has also danced alongside stars like Ricky Martin, Josh Groban, Olivia Newton-John, Seal and Delta Goodrem, he has appeared and performed on Channel 7’s Candles by Candlelight, AACTAs, The Morning Show and Olympics Opening ceremony.
Away from the commercial spotlight, Aric is an Australian Dancesport Latin champion, South Pacific champion, National champion and State champion. He has trained all over the world, spending most of his time in London, and represented Australia at the World Championships multiple times. At the British Open Championships in Blackpool, Aric placed 13th out of over 250 couples from all over the world in the Youth Latin.
Now Aric is also an acclaimed coach and instructor. He has been invited to teach all over Australia, as well as overseas, and has produced champion couples himself. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of NSW, and is the co-founder of MOVE by Aric and Masha.
